Butternut Squash with Apple
serves 4

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Saute the onion and apple in butter until translucent. Combine with the squash and puree with the cream.
  2. Remove to a bowl, mix in the cinnamon, nutmeg and syrup. Season to taste.
  3. Plate and serve hot.
